REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 15, 2022 special meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a special meeting for the first public hearing on the FY22/23 Operating Budget & CIP on September 15, 2022. The minutes from that meeting are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the September 15, 2022 special meeting as submitted.
