At their regularly scheduled meeting on October 3, 2022, the Library Advisory Board members unanimously agreed to recommend Nicholas Pacini to the New Port Richey City Council for a board position.
Mr. Pacini is a card-carrying member of the New Port Richey Public Library and is a self-described, "avid library user." Mr. Pacini participated in the Library's strategic planning focus groups and has attended two Library Advisory Board Meetings. Mr. Pacini has a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin and has previous volunteer experience in Joplin, MO, and New Orleans, LA, and at various clean-up events in this community. He currently serves as a board member of Passion for Animals.
If approved, Mr. Pacini's term will be for three years and will be up for renewal on October 18, 2025.
