REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the November 9, 2022 special meeting and December 6, 2022 regular meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council met for a special meeting to declare a local state of emergency for Tropical Storm Nicole on November 9, 2022. City Council then conducted their regularly scheduled meeting on December 6, 2022. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the November 9, 2022 special meeting and December 6, 2022 regular meeting as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
