REQUEST:
The request of staff for Council is for the review and approval of the attached Utility Service Agreement between the City and Two Guys Holding Corporation (Developer), for the existing developed site known as Two Guys Holding Co.
DISCUSSION:
The existing developed site consists of the construction of seven 2,500 square foot office/professional centers. The site is located at 8300 Massachusetts Avenue, in unincorporated Pasco County outside the City’s corporate limits and is within the City’s utility service area. The location is depicted in the agreement as Exhibit A. The agreement requires the Developer to construct the potable water utility system in accordance with the City’s Utility Standards prior to the City’s acceptance of ownership. The Developer shall bear all costs associated with connecting into the City's existing water system.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Utility Service Agreement is recommended.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
