REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the appointment of Lewis Curtwright to the Library Advisory Board.
DISCUSSION:
On March 27, 2023 Lewis Curtwright submitted an application seeking membership on the City's Library Advisory Board. If approved, Mr. Curtwright's term will be for three years and will be up for renewal on April 18, 2026. Staff has verified that Mr. Curtwright meets the requirements set forth in the ordinance to serve on this board. With Mr. Curtwright's appointment, that leaves no open member positions on the board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the appointment of Lewis Curtwright to the Library Advisory Board and accept the updated membership roster.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
