The Development Review Committee (DRC) found that the requested zoning designation of PDD is consistent with the Future Land Use Map designation of Medium Density Residential-14 and therefore recommended approval to the Land Development Review Board (LDRB).
The LDRB held a public hearing and after reviewing the staff report and listening to testimony agreed with the DRC and is recommending approval of the rezoning request.
City Council considered this rezoning at their April 21, 2023 meeting. This item has been updated to include an additional recommendation to improve on the roadway system in the area.
