REQUEST:
City Council is asked to review the attached list of purchases and expenditures and approve for payment.
DISCUSSION:
Section 1-161 of the City Ordinance requires City Council approval on purchases and payments in excess of $25,000.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that City Council approve the payment of the attached list of purchases and expenditures.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
The expenditures presented have already been budgeted for. Expenditures will be included in the fiscal year-end reporting. | | | |
