REQUEST:
The request is to conduct the second and final reading of Ordinance Number 2016-2063 in relationship to Roadway Memorial Markers and to approve the proposed ordinance.
DISCUSSION:
At your January 19, 2016 meeting Council conducted the first reading of the Roadway Memorial Markers Ordinance. Council approved the ordinance as submitted by staff. The ordinance is before you this evening for the second and final reading.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation is for the City Council to conduct the second and final reading of the Roadside Memorial Marker Ordinance and to adopt the ordinance.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
