REQUEST:
Staff requests that City Council consider the reappointments of Mr. Glenwood Pratt and Detective Christopher Trapnell to the Police Pension Board of Trustees.
DISCUSSION:
At the January 26, 2016 Police Pension Board meeting, the New Port Richey Police Pension Board of Trustees re-elected the following Trustees:
- Mr. Glenwood Pratt was reappointed as Chairman
- Detective Christopher Trapnell was reappointed, and will serve as Secretary/Treasurer
Both appointments are for four-year terms, and expire on December 31, 2019.
As required by City Code, these reappointments must be approved by the City Council.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends Mr. Pratt's and Detective Trapnell's reappointments.
