REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to review and approve the Alcoholic Beverage Special Event for the Trinity Rotary called Wine Down Wednesday.
DISCUSSION:
The Special Event Team met on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 to review the request for an Alcohiolic Beverage Special Event to be held in Sims Park called Wine Down Wednesday. Craft beer and wine will be sold in Sims Park on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 6:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. A site map that identifies the location of the craft beer and wine distribution is in the attached event application.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before City Council is to approve the Wine Down Wednesday Alcoholic Beverage Special Event Permit for the Trinity Rotary to be held in Sims Park on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 6:00p.m. - 9:00p.m.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
The total projected cost for City Services is $252. and will be paid by the applicant. | | | |
