Pasco County entered into a Lease Agreement with the City for the operation and maintenance of Pinehill Park in 1986. Pasco County is proposing a new agreement in which the term of the lease will be for three years, commencing on the execution date of the attached lease, and will automatically renew for two  additional one year periods, unless either party notifies the other in writing that they wish for the lease to be terminated. 

At the conclusion of the lease terms, the City will assume full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of Pinehill Park, including all activities that take place at the park.  All facility additions, fixtures and improvements made on the property over term of the lease will become the property of the City at the termination of the lease and all equipment and furniture to operate the facility will be removed by the County.
