REQUEST:
The City Council is asked to review the attached list of purchases and expenditures and authorize payment.
DISCUSSION:
Section 2-161 of the City Ordinance requires approval by the City Council on purchases and payments in excess of $25,000.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council authorizes the payment of the attached list of purchases and expenditures.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
The purchases and expenditures presented have already been budgeted for. Expenditures will be included in the fiscal year-end reporting. | | | |
